Apartment in 'Laguna Beach', a residence of standing comprising a whole of buildings, bungalows and parks in edge of sea with restaurants and trade in the vicinity, a swimming pool discovered of 50 m, a heated swimming pool, tennis courts (4), games of bowls (2), etc....
Ideal situation with the best climate of Europe to associate the activities of the sea and the mountain (ski in the Nevada Sierra close to Grenade), to visit Andalusia (Grenade, Seville, Cadiz, Cordoue, Malaga, Ronda, Mijas, etc....).
The kitchen and the bathroom were remade in 2005.
