Observations

Located in the heart of the Finistère countryside, this is a large family house, furnished and decorated in old country style. Ideal for two families wishing to holiday together, it features a long galley style kitchen and vast traditionnel living room. The bedrooms on the second floor are ideal for children, having low, beamed ceilings. On the hills bordering the Aulne river, this is an area steeped in local history and ancient traditions, widely celebrated during summer festivals. There is an excellent market held in the bustling centre of Carhaix, selling local specialities, including a wide range of fresh seafood.
Groung floor: large living room/galley style kitchen, WC. Step narrow stairs to first floor: bedroom with double bed on a mezzanine level with en-suite shower room/WC. Bedroom with double bedroom on a mezzanine level. Double bedroom and twin bedroom with second floor bedrooms on mezzanine above (but accessed separatly). Bathroom with shower. Separate WC. Two twin mezzanine bedrooms with low ceilings and very low beams, accessed via staircase from first floor.
All linen for hire (sheets and towels): 12 euros/person.
