Observations

New house 93m2(2005) in a small picturesque village on the island of Oléron. New furniture and new bed linens, complete domestic equipment. Closed garden of 200 m2, 45m2 of terrasses(1 in the south for the morning, 1 in the east for the evening). 3 rooms of which 2 accés direct with the garden. A large living room - very luminous stay with its 2 picture windows. The market nearest is with 300m (borough of the village), the fine sand beach is very adapted to the children. The cycle tracks are numerous in Saint-Georges, they cross the large forest of Boyardville. Near other rock beaches fishing allows the shells. Many visits are possible in a restricted perimeter: the headlight of Denis Saint, the fishing port of Côtinière, ballades in boat, markets varied and many, oyster parks, salt-water marshes, the Marsh with the birds, the old thermal city of Saint-Trojan... Loads included/understood in summer except visitor's tax.
