Railway station the Central spezia with 1.5 km.s and the bus stop in the small place in front of the apartment. The loading of the boats which carry to the 5 grounds, of Portovenere, Lerici, is far from 2 km . In the radius of the 15 Km.s the most beautifuls and famous marine localities of the province. There are publics free parks in front of the house.
